Francesca Basterebbe

Francesca joined the Strathmore team in January 2010 and became Clinical Director in 2014.

She studied Veterinary Medicine in Milan, Italy, but also spent 1 year in León, Spain on an exchange programme. After graduating in 2006, she worked in referral and general practices in Spain and Italy before moving to the UK.

In the UK, Francesca completed an internship at Davies Veterinary Specialists, which she finished in October 2009.

She is keenly interested in surgery, orthopaedics, soft tissue and endoscopy.

In 2013, Francesca completed her ESVPS (European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies) GP Certificate in Small Animal Surgery.

In her free time, Francesca enjoys travelling the world with her husband and their 2 children.
